BARRY MacInnes

​I am a fully qualified personal trainer and self-defense instructor who is passionate about health, fitness, and keeping people safe.  I can motivate and encourage individuals to achieve their goals and live a healthier life. I offer personal training, self-defence, and nutrition advice.

So if you're looking to get fit, lose weight, or train for a specific event or sport, then get in touch and discuss your needs. All equipment is provided.
